For instance, during my second trimester I did travel to both Oman and to the USA. Both destinations required over 10 hours of flying but during that time of my pregnancy this didn’t feel any different to me than when I wasn’t pregnant. I barely had a bump and I only started feeling the first kicks when we were back home from our road trip through the USA. I did however wear compression socks during these flights which can prevent blood clots or blood pooling.
