There’s nothing as fun as making a dull photo looking spectacular with just a few simple clicks. These days there are a ton of mobile apps for editing photos. Some of them good, some of them well, not so good. Over the past years I have tried out so many of them and in this post I have listed the most fun mobile apps for editing photos!
11 Fun Mobile Apps for Editing Photos
1. Adobe Lightroom CC
Available for iOS and Android – FREE

In my personal opinion this is the best app out there for editing your photos. You can adjust the brightness, contrast, clarity and colour grading. All with the help of a few easy sliders!
This is the app that will allow you to use presets (photo filters created specifically for editing photos in Lightroom). A preset can be used as a base or as a one click edit. It’s important to realise that every photo is different and while sometimes a preset won’t give the immediate result that you want you can easily adjust them with the help of these sliders!
The Lightroom app also offers in app purchases such as the selective editing tool (brush, gradient filter, radial filter)
2. TouchRetouch
Available for iOS and Android – $1.99

This app is perfect to delete small objects/people from your photo. It is super easy to use and most of the time you can remove unwanted items with just a few taps.
The app works best with a clear background since it will copy the information from another part of the photo to replace the unwanted object.
3. Lens Distortions
Available for iOS and Android – Free

This app allows you to add natural elements to your photos such as fog, rain and rays of light. Each affect can be adjusted to your liking and you can even layer several effects on top of each other.
4. Enlight Quickshot
Available for iOS – Free

This is my go to app when I want to quickly change the sky in a photo and when I don’t have the time or ability to do it in Photoshop. There are a ton of skies available for free. If you want access to all of them there is the possibility to choose a subscription (prices vary depending on which one you choose).
